Shibpur

A political journalist in Kolkata discovered a woman who went missing in the late 1990s after becoming a notorious lady mafia gang leader in Shibpur. Sultan Ahmed, an IPS officer, was instrumental in restoring order to the district. The State Government directed that she be apprehended, but she vanished. The journalist wonders if she was murdered by her rival organisations or if her disappearance was the result of a nefarious political plot.
