REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend your movie, you may submit a ticket credit request. The link to this form can be found at the bottom of this page.
Ticket credit requests must be submitted at least two hours prior to your purchased showtime. Any ticket credit requests received after this time will not be accepted.
AGE POLICY
Touchstar's policy for a child's ticket is age 3-11. Children under 3 do not need a ticket unless they are occupying their own seat.
Touchstar's policy for a senior citizen's ticket is age 60 and over.
FOR R-RATED FEATURES:
No children ages 5 or under will be admitted.
Touchstar will not sell tickets to anyone under the age of 17. Valid ID is required at the time of ticket purchase and auditorium entry.
Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (who is at least 21 yrs of age) through the entire feature.
A person must be at least 21 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets.
CURFEW POLICY
At the discretion of management, after 6pm children under 17 may not be permitted in the building without being accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire feature.
