REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend your movie, you may submit a ticket credit request.
The link to this form can be found here.
Ticket credit requests must be submitted at least one hour prior to your purchased showtime.
Any ticket credit requests received after this time will not be accepted. Service fees are non-refundable.
Ticket credits are valid for 90-days on any future ticket purchase at the same location.

AGE POLICY
Touchstar's policy for a child's ticket is age 3-11. Children under 3 do not need a ticket unless they are occupying their own seats.
Touchstar's policy for a senior citizen's ticket is age 60 and over.

FOR R-RATED FEATURES:
No children aged 5 or under will be admitted.
Touchstar will not sell tickets to anyone under 17. Valid ID is required at the time of ticket purchase and auditorium entry.
Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (who is at least 21 years of age) throughout the feature.
A person must be at least 21 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets.

CURFEW POLICY
At the discretion of management, after 6 pm, children under 17 may not be permitted in the building without being accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire facility.
