REFUND POLICY

Tickets purchased through our website or app are eligible for a refund up to 15 minutes before the show begins. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Service fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, utilize the link provided in your email confirmation. Refunds cannot be processed at the theater; they must be initiated through the link in your email confirmation. Please ensure you've received your email confirmation upon ticket purchase. Tickets bought directly at the theater are non-refundable.

AGE POLICY
Touchstar's policy for a child's ticket is age 3-11. Children under 3 do not need a ticket unless they are occupying their own seat.
Touchstar's policy for a senior citizen's ticket is age 60 and over.

FOR R-RATED FEATURES:
No children aged 5 or under will be admitted.
Touchstar will not sell tickets to anyone under 17. Valid ID is required at the time of ticket purchase and auditorium entry.
Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (who is at least 21 years of age) throughout the feature.
A person must be at least 21 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets.

CURFEW POLICY
At the discretion of management, after 6 pm children under 17 may not be permitted in the building without being accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire feature.
